Hello!
This is not a car at all! I have an assortment of trucks. I have been driving the country picking up vehicles with a contemporary vehicle. The intent is to produce a vehicle that can give the same service as a contemporary but have the class and distinction of a vintage vehicle. This Dodge was built in 1946. At least that is what I have been told. It was a farm truck from Kansas. It is complete and is the way that I prefer to buy vehicles. It is not appreciably rusty and is complete. It has a huge cylinder on the back for a dump box. When I find a vehicle, I either have a specific intent, or sometimes I just do not know exactly my intent. I have a 1939 GMC cab over, and two Ford cab overs. This Dodge really just completed the set. I will probably equip this one with a van body for use as a hauler. If I could find a Studebaker cab over, I might be interested in making a purchase. I will produce more photos, but it is the first day of spring. When it warms a bit, I will produce more photos.
If you find this interesting, do a web search for Dodge Cab Over Engine.
